NEW MEMBER PORTAL – COMING SOON
GARRA BJJ Academy is upgrading to a new member management system, Gymdesk, to make your training experience smoother and more convenient.
All students and parents will receive an email soon with their login link and setup instructions.
What You’ll Be Able to Do:
Our new portal gives you more control over your membership:
View your belt rank and grading progression
Check your attendance history
Manage or change your membership plan
Update your personal details
Update your billing information
Families can manage multiple children under one parent account
Action Required:
Once you receive your email from GARRA BJJ:
Log in to your new Gymdesk member portal.
Add or update your payment method.
After logging in, you will see your Member Profile screen:Tap the bar in the middle of the screen to expand your profile details.
You can add your payment method directly from this section.Alternatively, select the menu icon in the top-right corner, choose Billing, then select Payment Method.
Families: Please use one card under the main parent account for all children.
Completing your setup early will ensure a smooth transition.
Deadline: 1 February 2026
From this date, our new check-in system will only work for students who have:
✔ An active Gymdesk account
✔ Up-to-date billing information
Please complete your setup before the deadline to avoid any interruption to your training.
New Terms & Conditions
As part of this system upgrade, all members will receive updated Terms & Conditions along with a new Digital Waiver. These must be accepted to finalise your account setup and continue training.
