We’re introducing a new student management system to improve your GARRA experience. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the upgrade, payments, and your new account.

System Upgrade & Login

1. When will the new system go live?
The rollout will happen gradually over the coming months. You’ll receive an email invitation as soon as your account is ready to access.

2. How do I log in for the first time?
Once the system is live, you’ll receive a link to set up your password and access your student profile. Follow the instructions in that email — it’s quick and simple.

3. What if I didn’t receive my login email or password reset link?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at network@garrabjj.com.auor training@garrabjj.com.au, and we’ll resend your link.

4. Can I use my phone to access my account, or do I need a computer?
Yes, the system works perfectly on mobile devices, tablets, and computers. You can manage your account anytime, anywhere.

Payments & Billing

5. Why do I need to re-enter my payment details?
For security and privacy reasons, your previous payment provider cannot transfer your billing information. This means you’ll need to manually add your payment method in the new system. The process is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.

6. Is it safe to add my payment information to the new system?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored by us.

7. Will my current payments continue automatically during the transition?
Yes, your existing payments will continue as normal until the new system is active. Once you set up your new account, future payments will be processed securely through Stripe.

8. Can I choose between card and bank account (direct debit) payments?
Yes. The system allows you to use either your credit/debit card or link a bank account for direct debit payments.

9. What if my payment fails or I need to update my card details later?
You can log in anytime to update your payment method directly in your account. If you experience any issues, email network@garrabjj.com.au for assistance.

10. Will my billing date or membership price change?
Your membership plan and billing cycle will remain the same unless you request a change.

Membership & Attendance

11. How can I check my attendance or class history?
You’ll be able to view your attendance under the “Classes” or “Attendance” section of your student profile.

12. Where can I see my membership type and renewal date?
All membership information, including type and renewal date, will be available in your account dashboard.

13. Can I put my membership on hold or cancel it through the system?
Yes. You’ll be able to request a hold or cancellation directly from your profile. Our standard notice period (two weeks) still applies.

14. How do I book or manage classes?
If your location uses online booking, you’ll see available classes listed in your account. Otherwise, attendance will be recorded automatically when you attend your regular class.

Grading & Progress

15. Where can I see my belt rank and progress?
Your current belt rank will appear in your profile, along with grading history and future eligibility.

16. How will grading eligibility be shown?
When you reach the required attendance and time on the mats, your profile will display your eligibility for the next grading.

17. Can I update my profile photo and personal information?
Yes. You can update your photo, phone number, and other details directly through your profile settings.

Support & Troubleshooting

18. What should I do if I have issues logging in or adding my payment method?
Please email network@garrabjj.com.au and our support team will help you step-by-step.

19. Who can I contact for general questions about classes, memberships, or grading?
For academy-related enquiries, contact training@garrabjj.com.au.

20. Will there be any downtime where I can’t access my account?
We’re planning the transition to ensure minimal disruption. You’ll be notified in advance if there’s any short maintenance period.
