New BJJ Classes at Bray Park, Brisbane

Garra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is now being taught at Bray Park in Brisbane. We are now running two classes a week at the Pine Rivers PCYC, Les Hughes Sports Complex, Francis Rd, Bray Park. These are on Tuesdays: 7:15pm to 8:15 pm and Fridays: 6:15pm to 7:15pm. For further infromation please contact James Douglas on 0434 247 557.

Our facilities are open 6 days a week with BJJ classes running mornings and evenings. We have also joined forces with Pride Personal Training to offer BLAST explosive training (3 times a day and Saturdays), kickboxing and Yoga. Our recent BJJ training trip to Rio di Janeiro was a great success. A couple of the guys liked it so much they decided to stay on for a while longer!
